Hi, unfortunately, you cannot write pure truth in Uncyclomedia wikis. We only do satire (if that was what you meant). If you want to write about the truth in your country, try complaintwiki.org or write subpages like User:L.m.b./lao. If you want to write things in a funny way, you can always become administrator of lao. I'm just not sure what your intentions are.
