Look: here
I believe there is no rule for it and I would not address whether the user in question or not even want to use an account that is a username of a user's idle Uncyclopedia or any other wiki. What really bothered me is something that happened a few days ago and serves as a warning to the community.
A few months ago a user of Uncyclopedia Russian was banished from his home wiki for the crime of cyberbulling spam and began to follow me on several uncys. The fact that a check he reverts vandalism in uncyclomedia.info and it did not cause me much concern even see it in the account register Desgalipedia.
However, to verify that appeared the same two accounts that vandalized the uncyclomedia.info and a preventive check, I discovered that two bills were really Лёва Корова's socks.
In the same period, also noticed vandalizações accounts whose usernames were actually of Russian bureaucrats and sysops in UnCommons that made me suspect that something was wrong. I contacted the bureaucrat in question and he denied the fact, and immediately communicated to CartoonistHenning about the problem. The two accounts socks were banned. I think what Samurai tried to re-ban same account noting he was kind to the user in question.
I not only reversed the ban and warned the user in question had been banned troll by a user for it. In recent days when I returned to my position as the sysop UnCommons also noticed vandalizações made by a user called Vox. Regrettably, I must add that this user is a bureaucrat's Ukrainian Uncyclopedia, which puts in doubt whether this user is not also being unfairly charged if sysops who do not know you resolve to banish preventively.
I'm not against, if a user chose to use an account that is inactive for a user of any wiki is Uncyclopedia, Illogicopedia or any wiki. But one must say that a user account is beyond all rights also their responsibility not only for the community in question but also to himself, as it represents the idea of using a name of someone famous and known and likely represent in some time or wiki users and beginners can now ignore.

I have the power to delete fake users, so it's not that dramatical | CartoonistHenning 18:10, 31 March 2011 (UTC)
- Since the whole point of UnMeta and UnCommons is supporting the unwikis that live under the Uncyclomedia foundation, I think that any account that is created here should reflect one account that exists in one of the unwikis. Any other use is fraudulent, and anyone that does it should be severely warned (if not banned from all unwikis). In the case where a common name (say, Dude) is used in more than one wiki, just add a suffix or prefix: Dude.pt, Dude.ja, etc. Cthulhu.fhtagn 22:55, 31 March 2011 (UTC)
- What I fail to imply it is. And just to be above the user belongs to Desciclopédia I believe he has resolved to create this account after you have edited this article in Desgalipediaabout the true user
