Hello Adikhebat, you asked about creating UnNews. Is that on Tolopedia? If so: you'll have to ask someone from the wikia staff (Sannse or Catherine for instance, on Wikia.com) to create the UnNews namespace on your wiki. Then you can create a Frontpage and articles with the UnNews: prefix. If it is for a non-wikia wiki: Any admin can create the namespace. I hope i answered your question. D. G.
